Site Execution Manager — Archiville
We're looking for a hands-on Site Execution Manager to lead on-site delivery of our residential projects in Bengaluru.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from start to handover
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ensure work is executed as per design drawings and specifications
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site
- Liaise between the design team, clients, and contractors
- Handle site documentation, reports, and approvals
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in residential construction site management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
