About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development for our Security Printing Solutions in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new institutional clients, building strong relationships with colleges and universities, and promoting secure printed marksheets, degree certificates, and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as Registrars, Controllers of Examinations, Principals, and College Administrators.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Present and demonstrate the company's secure printing solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations, workshops, and meetings with institutional stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment where applicable.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education, printing, IT, or security solutions industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in institutional or educational sales.
- Knowledge of security printing or document authentication solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
