Job Summary
The Career Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for counseling students interested in overseas education, generating admissions, maintaining client relationships, and guiding applicants through the complete study abroad process. The role involves lead management, student counseling, follow-up, application coordination, and achieving admission targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling
- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, New Zealand, Europe, and others.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial capabilities.
- Recommend suitable universities, colleges, and programs.
Lead Management
- Handle inquiries received through phone calls, walk-ins, social media, website, and referrals.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students.
- Convert leads into applications and admissions.
Admissions Support
- Assist students with university selection and application procedures.
- Guide students in preparing SOPs, LORs, resumes, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with admissions teams and university representatives.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Provide regular updates regarding applications, offers, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the student journey.
Business Development
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Develop referral networks with schools, colleges, and other partners.
- Generate admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Documentation & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM software.
- Track application status and follow-up activities.
- Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and admissions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of study abroad destinations and admission processes.
