Vice President – Growth | B2B Fintech (BFSI Sales)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Vice President – Growth to lead enterprise sales and revenue growth across Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs, and other financial institutions. The role involves driving strategic deals, leading high-performing sales teams, and building long-term BFSI relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets, pipeline growth, and sales forecasting.
- Drive large enterprise BFSI deals from prospecting to closure.
- Build relationships with CXOs and key banking stakeholders.
- Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, and account expansion.
- Manage and mentor enterprise sales teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and customer forums.
Requirements
- 12–15 years in enterprise B2B technology sales.
- Minimum 8 years selling to BFSI customers.
- Strong experience in fintech/SaaS/banking technology sales.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.
- Strong leadership, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of BFSI ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
- MBA preferred.
Preferred
- Experience with AI-led fintech or analytics solutions.
- Exposure to international BFSI markets.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC / Challenger sales methodologies.

Pay: ₹800,000.14 - ₹2,500,000.41 per year
