Position: Supply Chain Manager – Procurement
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial
Experience: 6–10 Years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or MBA in Supply Chain/Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Analyze purchase requirements and prepare purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Conduct vendor development, performance evaluation, and contract management.
- Collaborate with production, planning, stores, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Track market trends, material prices, and supplier performance to optimize procurement costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procurement policies, and statutory requirements.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost-saving initiatives, and MIS for management review.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
