1. Experience:
a. > 3 years proven track record of leading projects related to Climate control panels/modules.with low - middle complexity (carry-over rate <50% of concepts from technology, manufacturing, logistics and
supplier mgmt. perspective, combined with a known customer) in the Automotive or comparable industry with a
businesscase of small (<50MUSD lifetime turnover)or middle size (>50MUSD - 100MUSD lifetime turnover)
b. > 2 years proven track record of leading projects related to Center infotainment displays / FID / PID.
with low - middle complexity (carry-over rate <75% of concepts from technology, manufacturing, logistics and
supplier mgmt. perspective, combined with a known customer) in the Automotive or comparable industry with a
businesscase of small (<50MUSD lifetime turnover)or middle size (>50MUSD - 100MUSD lifetime turnover)
c. > 2 years of experience in working in an international / multi-location team setup.
d. Overall Experience : 3 - 5 years.
2. Education:
- BE/BTECH degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics/Mechanical), Business, Sales required along with formal
APQP training; M.S., PMP and/or agile certification and/or MBA preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of TS and ISO Quality Systems certification requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of the PDP, the organization, role description, project
management tools, templates and process used in the market.
3. Knowledge:
- Product development cycle of automotive Climate control panels, Basic design elements of Haptics, HW/SW &
Optics, validation, Quality issues.
- Product development cycle of automotive infotainment Display, Basic design elements of HW & Optics, validation,
Quality issues.
- Experience with hardware and software-based products both in development and production environments.
- Manage JIRA project configurations, boards, and workflows to support clear visibility and accountability across
engineering, design, QA, and marketing.
- Languages : Local business -English (Mandatory) / Optional (Hindi , Marathi) ;Global business- English
(Mandatory) / Optional (German, Mandarin)
