Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations of the project.
- Manage security, housekeeping, landscaping, and farm maintenance teams.
- Monitor water supply, irrigation systems, electricals, and common area maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Handle customer/site owner support and complaint resolution.
- Maintain reports, staff attendance, and maintenance records.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the property.
Requirements:
- Experience in facility management or real estate projects.
- Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
- Good team handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage vendors and daily site operations.
