We are looking for an HR Admin Manager bridges human resources and office administration, managing employee lifecycles, compliance, and daily operations.
Office is Located in Puliakulam Rd, Pudur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641045
Key responsibilities
Include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, and office facilities. They ensure policy adherence, maintain accurate personnel records, and often manage administrative staff.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Manager, or in a similar combined HR/Admin role.
- Skills: MS Office Suite (especially Excel). Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Core Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Managing the full employee lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance, and exit formalities.
- Compliance & Policies: Developing and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and GDPR guidelines.
- Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing payroll processing, employee benefits (insurance, leave), and attendance tracking.
- Office Administration: Managing office facilities, vendor contracts, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and fostering a positive work environment.
