Hiring: AI Developer – Agent Specialist
Experience: 6–12 Years
Location: Bangalore (Exxora Business Park)

Work Model:
- 14 days per month from office
- No work from home for more than 2 consecutive days
- Working hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- Maximum travel time from home to office should be within 1 hour
- Minimum 2 years tenure in each organization
- Number of company changes should not exceed 50% of total years of experience
- Strong hands-on AI Agent Development experience is mandatory
- Pure Business Analyst or theoretical AI/ML profiles will not fit this role
- Interview Process: 3 Virtual Rounds and 1 In-Person Round

Must-Have Skills:
- 6+ years of Software Development experience
- 2+ years of AI Agent Development experience
- 2+ years of experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar Agent Development Platforms
- Strong Python Development skills
- Experience building AI Agents, Automated Workflows, and Pipelines
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Azure Cloud experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Build intelligent AI agents using Azure AI Foundry
- Develop end-to-end automated workflows
- Design and implement multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks
- Create AI solutions for Tax, Compliance, Audit, and Advisory functions
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance, reliability, and business impact
Preferred Background:
- Strong software developer who has transitioned into AI Development
- Experience building AI agents from scratch
- Backend and frontend development exposure
- Expertise in Azure AI Services
- Experience with Fine-Tuning, RLHF, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
