1. Improve existing offerings through continuous improvement; complete documentation of the work products; process simplification and innovations
2. Define new initiatives taken in the areas of projects, process or technologies which has contributed towards team growth
3. Bring innovation in the areas of process, people or technology. Define out of the box thinking applied to various tasks
4. Ensure SDLC processes are followed, all technical documents are available, relevant sign-offs are taken for deliverables
5. Collaborate and support the team during delivery crisis speciafically on technical research items
6. Support the team members in technical matters; review the deliverables including test case, defects, test scripts, documentation and processes. Ensure a plan is prepared for the projects/tasks and assignments are done accordingly, periodic status updates are taken to evaluate progress/risks/issues
7. Execute various processes defined for handling the internal as well as external activities
8. Overall relationship management with customers and on time completion of specific deliverables
9. Create and execute one best practice on development, conduct a knowledge sharing session on a process or technology trend per quarter
10. Deliver the projects on time within the prescribed quality and costs with zero defects
11. Adhere to the guidelines and processes defined
12. Ensure that BRD and user manual are ready for all the new modules in respective platforms
13. Lead behavioural transformation of team members through employee engagement
14. Execute training and certifications of team members for ServiceNow and ITSM
15. Manage escalation process within SLAs
