Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Customer Relationship . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through phone calls, emails, chats, or in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA, BBM, MBA,B-Tech etc.).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
