Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge to lead foundry operations, ensuring smooth execution of molding processes, quality control, and team management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ARPA molding lines (ARPA 450, ARPA 900) and manual molding, with a strong focus on process optimization, defect reduction, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities1. Shift Production Management
- Oversee daily production activities across ARPA 450, ARPA 900, and manual molding lines
- Ensure achievement of production targets while optimizing workflow efficiency
- Monitor shift performance and minimize downtime
2. Quality Control & Process Monitoring
- Maintain and control green sand parameters for consistent output
- Identify molding defects and implement immediate corrective actions
- Troubleshoot process deviations to ensure defect-free production
3. Workforce Supervision & Training
- Supervise operators, technicians, and shop-floor workers
- Allocate tasks and manage shift manpower effectively
- Conduct on-the-job training and support skill development
4. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
- Ensure regular inspection and proper functioning of molding machines and tools
- Report breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance teams for quick resolution
- Minimize machine downtime through proactive monitoring
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Shift production reports
- Rejection and defect analysis
- Tool and inventory logs
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal documentation practices
6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Enforce workplace safety standards and reduce operational hazards
- Implement and maintain 5S practices across the shop floor
- Promote a safe and compliant work environment
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in foundry production
- Hands-on experience with ARPA molding lines and manual molding processes
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of foundry operations and sand systems
- Expertise in process control, defect analysis, and troubleshooting
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good documentation and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
