Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR
- 1–3 years of HR experience in Pharma/Manufacturing
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations
- Good communication and computer skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and employee onboarding
- Maintaining HR records and documentation
- Attendance and leave management
- Coordination with department heads
- Compliance and employee engagement activities
