Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams supporting global pharmaceutical engineering projects across India and the US. The role will oversee cost management, scheduling, procurement tracking, contract management, reporting, team coordination, and client stakeholder engagement across EST time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project controls teams covering:
- Cost Management
- Scheduling & Planning
- Procurement Tracking
- Contract Administration
- Reporting & Analytics
- Oversee integrated schedules, cost reports, forecasts, procurement dashboards, and KPIs.
- Lead client meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor project risks, delays, commercial impacts, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure quality and consistency of project controls deliverables.
- Support resource planning, team mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive process improvements and digital reporting initiatives.
- Support proposals, staffing plans, and business development activities.
- Hands on experience in Primavera P6 Scheduling software
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in integrated project controls management.
- Expertise in:
- Primavera P6
- Cost Management
- Scheduling
- Procurement & Contract Management
- Project Reporting & KPIs
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, EcoSys, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of EPC/EPCM and pharmaceutical project environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- PMP and Primavera P6 certifications preferred.
- MBA is an advantage.

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to independently lead global client meetings.
- Comfortable supporting US EST time-zone operations.
