Job Summary
Crescent Contractors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team for the prestigious Lulu Group project at Nattika, Triprayar. The ideal candidate should have experience in building construction, excellent site management skills, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of work.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity estimation.
- Manage labour, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Resolve technical issues at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading construction drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
Salary
₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
