Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Home Delivery Staff member to support our clinic operations by delivering medicines, health supplies, and other clinic-related items to patients safely and on time. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of local routes, and a patient-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medicines, medical reports, and healthcare supplies to patients’ homes promptly.
- Collect payments or delivery acknowledgements when required.
- Maintain delivery records and submit daily reports to the clinic administration.
- Ensure all items are handled safely and hygienically during transport.
- Coordinate with pharmacists, reception staff, and doctors regarding delivery schedules.
- Follow traffic rules and maintain professionalism while representing the clinic.
- Assist with basic clinic errands when not assigned for deliveries.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements.
- Valid driving license for two-wheeler or relevant vehicle.
- Familiarity with local routes and navigation apps.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to carry small medical packages.
- Prior delivery experience is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Basic smartphone usage for maps and delivery tracking.
- Ability to interact politely with patients, especially elderly individuals.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts / Day shifts / Evening shifts (as applicable)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
