We Matrix Elevators We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Coordinator to manage client interactions, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to schedule and confirm meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client records and meeting schedules.
- Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams.
- Ensure timely responses to emails, calls, and messages.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, feedback, and updates.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, or meeting agendas.
- Resolve basic client concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or coordination (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
