Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration options.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process workflows within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable application solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within cloud-based retail execution systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues to maintain system reliability and user satisfaction.
