We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 6–10 years of experience to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, document business processes, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, and Operations.
- Facilitate requirement reviews, UAT planning, and user acceptance testing.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Support change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Office Suite, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client interactions.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, Manufacturing, or IT Services domains is preferred.

Pay: ₹413,374.96 - ₹1,520,320.27 per year
