Spare Parts Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Spare Parts Manager to handle spare parts sales, customer follow-up, and payment collection across Bangalore and Hosur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling spare parts for industrial machines and be comfortable traveling extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle spare parts requirements for various types of industrial machines.
- Submit quotations to customers and follow up on the same.
- Negotiate and close deals for spare parts orders.
- Coordinate and collect payments from customers in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Travel extensively across Bangalore for quote submission, follow-up, deal closure, and payment collection.
- Interact with customers in Hosur, communicating effectively in Kannada and Tamil as needed.
- Maintain basic records and documentation using standard computer applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in handling spare parts for any kind of machine.
- Should be able to travel around Bangalore for quote submission, follow-up, deal closure, and payment collection.
- Two-wheelers are compulsory.
- Knowledge of Kannada and Tamil, in addition to English, is preferred, as the role involves interacting with Hosur-based customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills expected.
