Job Overview
TTD Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and responsible Lead the team to manage day-to-day field operations and workforce deployment in Electronic City. The role involves handling manpower, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting client expectations, and maintaining discipline at assigned locations.
Compensation Structure
For Freshers:
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (CTC)
- Variable Incentive: ₹3,000 per month
For Experienced Candidates (1–2 years):
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (CTC)
- Variable Incentive: ₹3,000 per month
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Workforce Management
- Prepare and manage daily manpower rosters and ensure adequate staffing.
- Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with operational goals.
- Coordinate hiring and deployment as per client requirements.
- Ensure attendance, discipline, and proper shift adherence.
Performance & Client Deliverables
- Achieve operational targets as defined by clients.
- Ensure same-day clearance of RTS and pending cash collections.
- Maintain hygiene, discipline, and smooth operations at all assigned locations.
Issue Resolution
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for corrective actions and service recovery.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit accurate daily closing and performance reports.
- Maintain operational records and required documentation.
- Share updates with the Reporting Team Leader on a regular basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma (preferred, not mandatory).
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or field supervision.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to work in the field and manage multiple locations.
- Knowledge of basic reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle field operations.
