1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement business plans to increase revenue and profitability
- Identify new market opportunities (weddings, corporate events, tourism, etc.)
- Set sales targets and growth strategies
2. Revenue & Financial Management
- Monitor budgets, P&L, and overall financial performance
- Ensure revenue targets are achieved across departments (rooms, F&B, events)
- Control costs and optimize operational efficiency
3. Sales & Marketing Oversight
- Lead sales teams for room bookings, weddings, and B2B partnerships
- Approve marketing campaigns, branding, and promotions
- Build strong client and vendor relationships
4. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of hotel/resort (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
- Ensure smooth functioning and service delivery
- Maintain quality standards and SOPs
5. Team Leadership & HR Coordination
- Manage department heads and senior staff
- Drive team performance and productivity
- Coordinate with HR for hiring, training, and appraisals
6. Customer Experience & Satisfaction
- Ensure high guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Handle VIP clients and critical issues/escalations
- Maintain brand reputation
7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and partners
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients and event planners
8. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure legal, safety, and hospitality compliance standards
- Manage risks and handle crisis situations effectively
