Laravel Full Stack Developer (2-3 Years)

We're looking for a Laravel Developer with a leadership mindset who can build scalable applications and guide a team towards quality delivery.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on + leadership role where you'll be responsible for development, team coordination, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & maintain applications using Laravel & PHP
Build REST APIs & integrate third-party services
Work on frontend (Vue / React / JavaScript)
Lead daily stand-ups & support team members
Assign tasks, review code & ensure best practices
Identify and resolve blockers quickly
Participate in planning, estimation & releases
Ensure secure coding & performance optimization

Skills Required

Strong experience in Laravel & PHP
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue/React preferred)
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL
REST APIs & Git
Server management & deployment knowledge
AWS basics (EC2, S3 or similar)
Experience in team handling / mentoring
