PPIC Assistant Manager / Manager – Wiring Harness

We are looking for an experienced PPIC professional from the Wiring Harness Manufacturing Industry to manage production planning, material planning, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely customer deliveries
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer forecasts and schedules.
- Ensure effective production scheduling and timely delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Sales teams for smooth execution of plans.
- Monitor production progress and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
- Plan raw material requirements and ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize excess or obsolete stock.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock verification.
- Coordinate with customers on schedules, forecasts, and delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
- Track customer orders and monitor on-time delivery performance.
- Prepare PPIC, production, inventory reports, MIS, and KPI dashboards.
- Analyze planning and inventory data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor inventory turnover, production adherence, and delivery performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Support ERP/MRP implementation and optimization activities.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Material Planning, and Inventory Control.
Experience in Wiring Harness Manufacturing Operations.
Good understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
Certifications in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
