- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Tool & Die Engineering (or equivalent trade certification)
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience operating grinding machines in a precision manufacturing or engineering environment
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T symbols
- Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM basics a plus)
- Working knowledge of grinding wheel selection, dressing, and truing techniques
- Familiarity with CNC grinding machine controls (Fanuc/Siemens or similar) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based production environment
- Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
