Work as part of a high-performing Salesforce delivery team across the full application development lifecycle.
Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions on the Force.com platform using:
Contribute actively in an Agile (Scrum) environment with an iterative, test-driven mindset.
Collaborate closely with peers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Ensure best practices around performance, security, and maintainability.
Drive continuous improvement to meet quality, delivery, and time-to-market goals.
Participate in building next-generation Salesforce Lightning solutions.
Proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.
Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Solid understanding of web technologies—HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
Strong foundation in object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Prior experience with OO languages such as Java, ASP.NET, or similar is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make informed technical decisions and recommend effective solutions.
