3. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading or Delivery order and other required documents.
4. Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates, resolve inquiries, and address any operational issues that may arise.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with customers and ensure timely pickup and delivery of containers.
7. Monitor and track shipment statuses using the company's online systems and tools, and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
8. Handle and resolve operational issues, such as delays, damages, and claims, in a timely and effective manner.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, documentation, and customer interactions.
10. Stay informed about industry regulations, shipping trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize operational processes.
