About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell digital marketing solutions to healthcare professionals, including doctors, dental clinics, hospitals, eye clinics, and other medical practices.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable with cold calling, and have a strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Contact doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals to understand their business needs.
- Explain digital marketing solutions such as:
- Google Business Profile (GMB) Optimization
- Local SEO
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Reputation Management
- Social Media Marketing
- Website Development Services
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales, healthcare sales, digital marketing sales, or service sales.
- Ability to confidently interact with doctors and business owners.
- Understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition processes.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing Sales, Healthcare Sales, Software Sales, or Service Sales.
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile (GMB), SEO, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
