Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Transform ideas into detailed design models using CAD and simulation tools.
- Research & Analysis: Evaluate user requirements, materials, and manufacturing methods to optimize design solutions.
- Prototyping & Testing: Create prototypes, conduct stress and usability tests, and refine designs based on results.
- Cost & Production Management: Balance design quality with production feasibility and budget constraints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to align designs with business goals.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate design records and ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Experience with prototyping, testing, and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
