We’re Hiring: Video Production Project Manager
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Video Production Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of video projects from brief to final delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end video production projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate creative, production, editing, design, and external vendor teams
- Plan and manage shoots, logistics, and post-production workflows
- Keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving on schedule
- Identify challenges early and proactively solve production bottlenecks
What we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years of experience in video production, creative project management, media, or advertising
- Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion is a plus
