Position: Marketing Executive / Admissions & Outreach Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead student admission campaigns and achieve enrollment targets
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, schools, and coaching institutes
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and career counselling sessions
- Develop and execute marketing strategies (online + offline)
- Manage social media campaigns and lead generation funnels
- Represent IPM Lucknow at education fairs, events, and institutional visits
- Strengthen brand visibility and positioning in the region
- Track leads and conversions and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams for content, creatives, and campaigns
Desired Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in education marketing/admissions/sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build networks and influence stakeholders
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Willingness to travel for outreach activities
