About the Role
Sahya Flooring Pvt. Ltd. is looking for qualified and experienced Electrical Engineers / Electrical Supervisors to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of plant and utility equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
- Monitor transformers, DG sets, MCC/PCC panels, motors, and power distribution systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams during project execution.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Support plant operations to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
QualificationsElectrical Engineer
- B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical design, power distribution, motor controls, and industrial maintenance.
Electrical Supervisor
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or industrial projects.
- Ability to supervise electrical work and manage site activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of transformers, DG systems, motors, VFDs, MCC/PCC panels, and electrical utilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance practices.
