BloomchemAG is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting operations, statutory compliances, invoicing, reconciliations, taxation support, accounts payable & receivable, and coordinating with internal teams and external authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Track statutory and regulatory compliances.
- Coordinate compliances related to Chartered Accountant (CA).
- File and maintain monthly invoices.
- Monitor company cash inflows and outflows.
- Visit banks, CA offices, and government authorities for documentation.
- Prepare documentation for tribunal cases and related compliance matters.
- Follow up on pending statutory compliances.
- Support monthly audit activities.
- Manage cash flow activities.
- Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers.
- Handle Netherlands & Belgium VAT compliances.
- Update daily bank balances.
- Verify sales and purchase invoices.
- Verify bank details and payment terms.
- Coordinate with the Operations team.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Monitor Eurofactor charges.
- Update payment records with ACS & Eurofactor.
- Track expenses related to ACS, Eurofactor, storage, and loans.
- Ensure timely tax payments.
- Issue Statements of Account (SOA) and balance confirmations.
- Coordinate supplier payments and invoice processing.
- Ensure timely Companies Act and BCBV compliance requirements.
- Ensure EMI payments are made on schedule.
- Assist in financial planning to avoid fund shortages.
- Support timely finalization of Balance Sheet and statutory filings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with accounting compliances.
- Knowledge of VAT, taxation, and audit support.
- Experience coordinating with CAs and government authorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset.

- 1–4 years preferred.
