Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the role of Assistant Manager – Finance in the Insurance Broking domain. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of finance operations, reconciliation processes, invoicing, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end revenue reconciliation and brokerage reconciliation processes
- Handle invoicing activities and ensure timely processing
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and support month-end closing activities
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders for financial operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
- Lead and manage a team while maintaining operational efficiency
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Minimum 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
✔ Minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience is mandatory
✔ Insurance Broking domain experience is mandatory
✔ Experience in revenue reconciliation, brokerage reconciliation, and invoicing process
✔ Strong understanding of the Indian Insurance Market
✔ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates from Insurance Broking background will be preferred
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
