We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Lead Generation Manager to help expand our client base, build high-quality sales pipelines, and drive business growth. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across target markets.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other platforms.
- Manage outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and prospecting tools.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and support the business development process.
- Track lead generation performance and maintain CRM records.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and lead management tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Preferred
- Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, digital services, or IT consulting industries.
- Exposure to international markets and client acquisition.
- Preference may be given to candidates based in South India.
