Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive real estate sales activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures
- Generate leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue
- Coordinate with marketing teams and channel partners
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in residential/commercial property sales preferred
- Good client handling and team management skills
