We are seeking a smart, courteous, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front office operations and provide excellent support to visitors and office staff. The candidate will act as the first point of contact and ensure smooth coordination of appointments, inquiries, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and manage vistors, parents and guest with professional .
- Manage visitor registration and appointment scheduling
- Handling Incoming and outgoing communications (calls,emails & Correspondence).
- Maintain records and front desk documentation
- Coordinate internal administrative communication and suppport school operations.
- Ensure proper visitors flow and waiting area management
- Handle emails, courier, and administrative correspondence
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception area
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
- Diploma/Certification in Front Office Management
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital reception/front office preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, software)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Kerala inside Trivandrum District is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be having an advantage
