About the Role
BMCHRC is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing to strengthen referral networks, enhance outreach activities, and drive patient acquisition through relationship-building with healthcare professionals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a sound understanding of healthcare marketing and referral development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and outstation doctors to increase patient referrals.
- Engage with nursing homes, clinics, primary care centers, and diagnostic centers to promote BMCHRC services.
- Identify new markets, referral opportunities, and business development avenues.
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare providers and referral partners.
- Promote awareness of BMCHRC's specialties, facilities, and clinical services.
- Organize and support community outreach initiatives, including: Health Talks & Awareness Programs, Health Camps, CME (Continuing Medical Education) Programs and Wellness Programs
- Coordinate with internal clinical and operational teams to support referral engagement activities.
- Maintain referral databases and ensure regular communication with key stakeholders.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare activity reports and achieve assigned referral and business development targets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in Healthcare Sales, Hospital Marketing, Pharma Marketing, Diagnostic Marketing, or Healthcare Business Development.
- Strong network with doctors, consultants, clinics, and healthcare providers will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
