We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a leading engineering and cargo fittings company.
Key Requirements:
12–18 years of manufacturing experience
Minimum 5 years in Factory/Plant/Operations leadership role
Experience in Fabrication, Welding, Metal Processing, Engineering Manufacturing, or Automotive Components
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, OEE, Production Planning & Continuous Improvement
Strong team management and operational leadership skills
Location: Palwal, Haryana
Experience: 12–18 Years
CTC: 24–30 LPA + Performance Incentives
