Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern – Placement to support the placement and student coordination activities of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in placement drives coordinating with students and recruiters scheduling interviews maintaining placement records and supporting the overall placement process. The role requires strong communication skills coordination abilities and a professional approach towards candidate and employer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate placement activities and recruitment drives
- Communicate with students regarding interview schedules and placement updates
- Coordinate with companies and recruiters for hiring requirements
- Schedule interviews and maintain placement-related records
- Assist in student profiling resume collection and database management
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and joining status
- Prepare placement reports and documentation
- Support the placement team in day-to-day coordination activities
- Maintain professional communication with students recruiters and clients
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of recruitment and placement processes
- Knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility
- Graduate or Post Graduate in HR Management Business Administration or related field
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
