Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM/software.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client servicing.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of HR services, recruitment, or staffing industry preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude with a self-motivated approach.
- Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
