Position Overview
Research Decode (https://researchdecode.com/ ) is seeking experienced biomedical researchers to mentor interdisciplinary research projects across life sciences and translational research.
Mentors will help researchers strengthen experimental design, data analysis, and research communication.
Core Responsibilities
Guide hypothesis development and experimental planning
Assist with biological data interpretation and statistical analysis
Provide mentorship on biomedical research methodologies
Support manuscript preparation and peer-review responses
Improve research reproducibility and methodological rigor
Qualifications
PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields
Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
Experience in experimental or computational biological research
Prior mentoring or research supervision preferred
