Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and professionally confident Strategic Operations Coordinator to work directly with the Director and support strategic business initiatives, operational execution, leadership coordination, and cross-functional management activities.
The candidate will act as an operational extension/shadow of the Director for internal teams and business coordination. This role requires someone with strong ownership mindset, leadership qualities, execution capability, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between management, employees, operational teams, and external business associates.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business understanding, operational discipline, communication skills, and the ability to drive accountability and execution across departments in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Manager
- Support the Director in day-to-day strategic and operational business
- activities.
- Ensure management instructions and operational priorities are
- executed effectively across departments.
- Monitor ongoing business operations and provide regular status
- updates to management.
- Assist in implementing strategic initiatives, operational improvements,
- and management decisions.
Leadership & Team Manager
- Act as a communication bridge between the Director, internal
- operational teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads and employees to ensure timely
- task execution and accountability.
- Follow up on deliverables, pending work, schedules, approvals, and
- operational commitments.
- Ensure discipline, reporting structure, and workflow efficiency across
- teams.
Executive Leadership Support
- Handle confidential documentation, leadership communication, and
- operational coordination.
- Manage meeting logistics, scheduling, follow-ups, and corporate
- records.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), trackers,
- and strategic summaries for management review.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and
- discretion.
Business Coordination & Relationship Management
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, external
- brand partners, and business associates on behalf of management.
- Maintain strong professional relationships and ensure smooth
- communication with stakeholders.
- Support management in vendor coordination, operational discussions,
- and business follow-ups.
Billing Verification & Approvals
- Review bills, invoices, vendor submissions, and operational expenses
- before management approval.
- Coordinate with Accounts and concerned departments for bill
- verification, supporting documents, and approvals.
- Ensure accuracy of billing records, payment schedules, and approval
- processes.
Reporting & Operations Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and strategic reports.
- Track schedules, deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and pending
- operational activities.
- Support management through strategic reporting, presentation
- preparation, and operational analysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and management records.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates with Management, Finance, Business Administration, or CA (Appeared/Inter) background preferred.
- Candidates with entrepreneurial or business-handling experience will be preferred.
- 10–12 years of experience in business operations, executive coordination, leadership support, operational management, or strategic coordination roles preferred.

Preferred Industry
Candidates from Real Estate / Construction industry, Legal background, Financial Institutions, NBFCs, Banking, Corporate Operations, or Business Coordination profiles will also be preferred.
Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Expected CTC Range: Up to ₹20LPA (May vary depending upon experience, communication abilities, leadership qualities, and skill sets matching company requirements.)
Working Days & Timings
Monday to Saturday | 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM (Timings may vary depending on work schedule and management requirements.)
