Job Title : Planning Head
Location : Maheshtala, Kolkata, West Bengal

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Planning Head to lead production planning, scheduling, and coordination activities at our manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor production plans to ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Optimize machine loading, manpower utilization, and material availability.
- Monitor order progress and identify bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive planning accuracy, inventory control, and capacity utilization.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Implement systems and processes for continuous improvement in planning and supply chain performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, production scheduling, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience in forging , casting ,machining ,fabrication ,heat treatment , engineering, heavy manufacturing, or industrial products will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
