Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused TeleCaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient/family inquiries about our home nursing services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with clients seeking healthcare support for their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond promptly to inquiries about home nursing and healthcare services
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, inquiries, and past clients
- Explain service packages, pricing, and caregiver/nurse availability clearly to prospective clients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the nursing/caregiving team for service bookings
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in a call log or CRM
- Address client concerns and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone at all times, given the sensitive nature of healthcare inquiries
- Follow up with clients post-service to gather feedback and encourage repeat business or referrals
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or tele-sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
- Fluency in Tamil and English; Hindi/other languages a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, call logging tools)
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude, especially when speaking with families of elderly or unwell patients
- Ability to work target-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in healthcare, home nursing, or medical services industry
- Familiarity with CRM or call management software
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
