Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate purchase contracts, pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and other departments to meet procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control strategies.
- Analyze purchasing trends, market conditions, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food, or Oil industry is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, vendor development, and inventory management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
