Position: Store Manager – Jewellery / Luxury Retail
Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 4 – 5 years of experience in Jewellery / Luxury Retail (Only candidates with relevant experience can apply).
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on the current salary)
Job Description:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion, ABV, margins, and customer retention.
Lead, motivate, train, and monitor the sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle premium customer queries/complaints.
Monitor sales, stock, inventory, billing, and store performance.
Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Implement promotions and sales strategies in coordination with management.
Prepare and review sales reports and take corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and operational standards.
Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
