Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Hands on training and knowledge on the complete electrical assembly process.
2. Understand Scope of supply and assemble m/c as per requirements
3.Ensure on time availability of materials for assembly as per the plan with right quality and quantity
4.Trouble shooting of electrical assembly related technical problems
5.Record assembly quality plan for each stage to avoid customer complaints
6. Prove cycle time reduction of assembly process by assembly demonstration
7 Check for packing and dispatch of machine and accessories without any mismatch / short supply
8.Prepare work instruction for assembly process
9.Train apprentice trainees on assembly process
10.Sustain CA/ PA implemented for DEMS(Complaints)
11.Sustain TQM principles implemented in line
12.To have basic knowledge on Painting / Mechanical / ISO requirements.
