Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
3. Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services
4. Conduct sales presentations, product demons, and business meetings
5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively
6. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth .
7. Collaborate with marketing and interal teams to align business strategies
8. Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations
9. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
KRA and Responsibilities with Desired key skills : -
· Generate new business leads through calls , emails, meetings, and networking
· dentify new market opportunities and potential clients
· Build and maintain strong relationship with clients
· Conduct product/service presentations and negotiations
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents
· Follow up with clients to close deals successfully
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
· Maintain clients data and sales records in CRM
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
· Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
· Support revenue growth and business expansion and market research and analytical skills
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
· MBA or Postgraduate qualification in sales/ marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
· Basic knowledge of sales concepts and business development processes
· 1–3years of experience in business development – Marketing in machine tool , Heavy Equipment , Construction equipment, Aerospace, Heavy fabrication industry
· Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication and convincing in terms of techno commercials.
· Fluent in languages : - English, Hindi, Telagu
· Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting system is an advantage
· Exposure to B2B or B2C sales environment (preferred)
NP: 1 -2 Months
