Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain recruitment data and reports using ATS and hiring tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in 360°/End-to-End Recruitment
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience hiring across multiple functions
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred
